 250 gram rice
 100 gram peas
 2 cups of water
 4 eggs
 2 carrots
 2 onions
 2 tomatoes
 2 green chillies
 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
 1 tsp soy sauce
 2 tsp coriander leaves
 2 tsp oil
 Salt to taste

– How to make Egg Fried Rice

  • To make egg fried rice, first, take the rice and clean it thoroughly. Now put water and rice in a vessel and cook them well. When your rice is cooked, take it out and keep it.
  • Now break all the eggs into a bowl and beat them well. Finely chop all the vegetables. Also, keep green chilies and other ingredients.
  • After doing so, put oil in a pan and heat it. Add the ginger-garlic paste in hot oil and fry well. Add carrots, peas, onions, tomatoes and green chilies to this mixture and fry all the mixture well.
  • After some time your vegetables will be cooked. Add soy sauce and mix all the mixture again. After doing so add cooked rice and fry it.
