Early life:

        Rakesh Jhunjhunwala was born on 5 July 1960 in Mumbai. His father was an income tax officer. His father had a lot of interest in the stock market, so his father used to discuss the stock with his friends. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala was younger then. And they used to listen to these things. One day Rakesh Jhunjhunwala asked his father why the prices in the stock market are up and down. Then his father said that he should read the news. This was his first lesson about the stock market.

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala says that you can learn everything from your mistakes. They say that I too have got a lot to learn because of my mistakes. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala says that I do not just blame the promoters of companies in the stock market, but I also blame myself. Today he is the chairman of Aptech Limited and Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Private Limited.         In December 2011, Jhunjhunwala’s shares fell by 30%. He recovered his loss in February 2012. These fluctuations forced him to reduce his vulnerability by trimming his portfolio by one-third. His efforts to divide Uptake’s stake had nothing to do.
